How do I request postal delivery to my home from Absher?

After renewing your Iqama, driver's license, Istimara, or vehicle registration on Absher, you can request postal delivery of these documents to your Saudi national address. This way, you won't need to travel to Jawazat or Muroor to collect them.

Request Postal Delivery

You can request postal delivery of your Iqama, driver's license, or Istimara within 90 days of their issuance or renewal from Absher. To do so,

1. Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
2. Click on the "My Services" tab.
3. Select "Postal Delivery Service".
4. Click on "Request Postal Delivery Service".

On the next page, Absher will provide you with a list of documents for which you can request postal delivery.

1. Select your document.
2. Select the Saudi National Address.

1. Enter your mobile number.
2. Click on "Confirm Delivery Request".

Payment for Postal Delivery

After submitting the postal delivery request, you will receive an SMS from Saudi Post (SPL) with a link to pay 17.25 SR.

1. Click on the link provided in the SMS.
2. Pay 17.25 SR for delivery fees.
3. Soon, you will receive another SMS from SPL containing your shipment tracking number.
4. You can track this shipment from the SPL website using this link.
