2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to all bookings of furnished accommodation in Medina (Saudi Arabia) and to all services ordered on gomedine.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The rate displayed on a property listing is a base monthly rate, given as a guide only. The final amount for your stay is stated in the confirmation we send you before payment.

4. Booking

Booking takes place in three steps:

  1. you send a request from the property listing (dates, number of guests, contact details);
  2. we check availability and send you a confirmation with the amount due and a payment link;
  3. your booking becomes firm once we receive your payment. You will then receive a confirmation email with your invoice.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card through our secure payment provider. GoMedine never has access to your card details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A request can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been paid. Once confirmed and paid, the booking is non-refundable unless GoMedine cancels it. Full details are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

7. Your stay

The number of occupants may not exceed the number stated in the booking. Guests must use the accommodation peacefully, follow the instructions provided and leave it in the condition in which they found it.

8. Complaints

All complaints should be sent to contact@gomedine.com. We will reply as soon as possible. If a problem arises, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

9. Personal data

The information you provide is used solely to process your booking and to communicate with you. It is shared only with the service providers needed for the booking and payment.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
