Privacy Policy
This page explains how forms, reviews, and reservations work on gomedine.com. Information updated on October 31, 2026.
Your contact person
The site is operated by GOMEDINE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 17470723, whose address published in the terms and conditions is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. For any questions regarding your data: contact@gomedine.com.
Information transmitted and used
Depending on the form you use, you can provide your name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, number of travelers, budget, planned activity, and the details of your request. Required fields are indicated on each form. This information is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, check availability, and follow up on services or reservations.
Contact and support requests are logged in a private area of the website accessible only to authorized staff. Submitting a form does not constitute automatic newsletter subscription. Do not include identification documents, bank details, or sensitive information in the free text fields.
Directory and reviews
A proposed address is reviewed before publication. The professional contact information for the listing may become public after approval. A report is used to identify and correct the listing in question; your message and contact information will not be published on that listing.
If you leave a review or comment, the displayed name and text may be published after moderation. The email address requested for the comment is not publicly displayed. WordPress may retain the IP address and browser information associated with the comment to help address abuse.
Security and CAPTCHA
The anti-spam code is generated and verified on the site's servers. This CAPTCHA does not use the Google reCAPTCHA service. A technical fingerprint derived from the IP address and browser links the code to your browser and limits abuse. The code expires after ten minutes, and intermediate form validation expires after two minutes. Requests remain subject to applicable security controls and moderation.
Cookies and external services
WordPress and WooCommerce use mechanisms necessary for login, security, the shopping cart, and order tracking. Preferences can be saved when you choose them, for example, for comments or language. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or the shopping cart from functioning.
The site loads presentation resources and may offer maps, videos, or embedded content from third-party services. These services may receive your IP address and technical connection information. A link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Skyscanner, or another site will direct you to that service, which has its own privacy policy. Payment information is processed by the providers shown at the checkout stage, according to their own terms and conditions.
Recipients and storage
The GoMedine team and the service providers involved in hosting, technical distribution, messaging, and payment processing may process the information necessary for their work. A service request may require communication with the relevant provider to organize the service. For specific questions regarding recipients, processing countries, or safeguards applicable to your case, please contact GoMedine before submitting sensitive information.
The retention of a file depends on its processing, the monitoring of exchanges, the existence of a reservation, accounting obligations, and the resolution of any disputes. Private requests are not automatically deleted after a uniform period. Published reviews remain visible until they are removed or deleted. You can request access to the information we hold about you or its deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Your requests regarding your data
Write to contact@gomedine.com To request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, or, depending on the situation, the restriction of processing and the portability of the data concerned. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Proportionate verification of your identity may be necessary to protect your information.
If your request is not resolved, you can contact the relevant data protection authority. In the United Kingdom: Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
