Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of a unified visa platform named KSA Visa To facilitate the application process for all types of visas, this platform is connected to over 30 agencies, ministries, and the private sector to simplify the process of obtaining various types of visas. This includes Hajj visas, Umrah or tourist visit visas, and work visas.

- The new Saudi platform is being launched at the same time as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is working to create a single tourist ticket for the Gulf. This stems from the Supreme Council of the GCC countries' agreement to do so at the Doha Summit in November. The meeting empowered the GCC interior ministers to take the necessary steps to ensure the new visa rules are implemented.
