How to Book an Appointment with Tasheer
To schedule an appointment with the Tasheer Visa Centre for a Saudi visa, follow the steps below:
Step 1 Visit the official Tasheer Visa Center website. The website link is: https://vc.tasheer.com/ (You can choose Qatar, for example, if you wish to apply in that country.)
Select your country and language.
Step 2 Click on “Appointment” then on “Schedule.” You can find this option in the top menu. Book an appointment for the Tasheer Visa Center in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Step 3: Select Nationality and Visa Category. Several types of visas such as Business Visit, Tourism, Medical, Personal Visit, etc. are available.
Now you can see the nearest available dates.
Step 4: Confirm the date. You must scroll down the page, give your consent for the use of personal data, and click “Continue”.

Step 5: Enter your email address and passport number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) by email. Enter this OTP to verify your email address.

Step 7: Enter the sponsor's (employer's) details. Please note that an invitation or pre-approval (from a Saudi resident or company) is required for some visas. You can provide the invitation or pre-approval number and sponsor ID at this stage. If you don't have this information, click "Next".

How to reschedule a Tasheer appointment

How to cancel a Tasheer appointment
The "Cancel an appointment" section allows an applicant to cancel an existing confirmed appointment. To cancel an appointment, go to the Cancel an appointment page, Enter your appointment reference number, passport number and date of birth.
