Najiz is an online platform launched by the Saudi Ministry of Justice for filing complaints or legal cases. The process for filing a complaint on Najiz varies depending on the nature of the case.
Filing a complaint against your employer
To file a complaint against your employer or Kafeel in Saudi Arabia, follow this process:
- Submit a complaint online to the Saudi labor courts.
- If either party is not satisfied with the labor court's decision, they can file a complaint on the Najiz platform within 30 days. Here's how:
- Open Najiz: https://najiz.sa/applications/landing
- Click on "دخول", that is, Login.
- Enter the Iqama number.
- Approve Nafath access.
- Submit a work file on Najiz
After successfully joining the Najiz platform,
- Click on 4 blocks as shown below.
- Select the service القضاء, which means Judicial.
- Select the option الاعتراض على الحكم, that is, Objection to the decision.
- Click on "تقديم طلب جديد", that is, submit a new request.
A new page will open where you will need to click on "New Request" to file the case against your employer. Although you can file the case yourself, it is best to use the services of a lawyer or at least someone who speaks Arabic.
For example, in the event of unlawful dismissal by the employer who does not pay benefits under Article 77 of the Saudi Labor Law, you can complete the following:

To file a complaint against your landlord on the Najiz platform, follow this process.
- Open Najiz: https://najiz.sa/applications/landing
- Select the service القضاء, which means Judicial.
- Click on «صحيفة الدعوى», i.e. complaint.
- Click on "تقديم طلب جديد", that is, submit a new request.
A new page will open where you will need to click on "طلب جديد" to file the case against your landlord.

Complete the rest of the process and attach the documents to submit the case.
File a complaint for road accidents
In the event of a road accident, if the other party does not pay for the damages caused by their mistake, you can file a complaint on Najiz against that person.

Claim damages for a road accident if the other party does not have insurance.
Enforcement courts If the court verdict is in your favor, but the defendant has not paid the amount within the required timeframe, you must file a case with the enforcement courts in Saudi Arabia via Najiz. To do this;
- Open Najiz: https://najiz.sa/applications/landing
- Click on "دخول", that is, Login.
- Enter the Iqama number.
- Approve Nafath access.
- Select "التنفيذ", that is, Execute.
- Click on "طلب التنفيذ", that is, Request for Execution.
- Select "تنفيذ مالي", meaning Financial Execution.
- Download all the case documents.
- Provide your bank's IBAN number.
How to file a complaint against a company in Saudi Arabia
If the company does not pay the amount mentioned in the judgment, the enforcement court will take the following measures one by one;
- Send a message to the employer to settle the debts.
- Publicize the employer's responsibility to settle debts in a local newspaper.
- Stopping the services of the labor office for the employer, i.e. no renewal of Iqama for the staff.
- Freeze the payment amount in the bank account.
