This policy applies to bookings made on gomedine.com with GOMEDINE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17470723, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Before payment: free cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A booking request is not binding until it has been paid. We first check that the property is available, then send you a confirmation with the amount due and a payment link. Until you pay, you can cancel your request free of charge by emailing us at contact@gomedine.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. After confirmation and payment: non-refundable booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once your booking has been confirmed by GoMedine and paid, it is firm and non-refundable. No refund, full or partial, is given for cancellation, late arrival, early departure or no-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before paying, please check the dates, the number of guests and the property description carefully. You may ask us to change your dates: we will consider the request subject to availability, with no guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, booking accommodation for a specific period does not give rise to the 14-day cancellation right that applies to certain distance contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. If GoMedine cancels your booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If we have to cancel a paid booking, for any reason, we will refund the full amount you paid. We may also offer you equivalent accommodation: you remain free to decline it and receive a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. A problem on arrival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the property does not match its description, let us know within 48 hours of your arrival, with photos, at contact@gomedine.com<\/a>. We review every report and will offer you a suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Refund timing and method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any refund granted is issued to the payment method used for the order within 14 days. How long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
