The staff is incompetent.<\/p>\n
They are completely inattentive.<\/p>\n
Employees were chatting amongst themselves, while customers waited for assistance.<\/p>\n

I paid 99 riyals for the installation and delivery of a window air conditioner. Upon delivery, the technician explained that he could not install it due to a lack of proper tools.<\/p>\n
