The electric scooter service aims to offer pilgrims a pleasant and efficient means of transport, especially for those with reduced mobility or who may have difficulty traveling long distances. These scooters are available at several locations inside and outside the Haram area and can be used for Sa'i and Tawaf, as well as for a full Umrah.

Note: You can also manually reserve and pick up the electric scooters from the 3rd floor of the Sa'ee departure area. If you can't find it, you can ask the authorities/volunteers for directions.
2. Types of Services:

3. Types & Prices of Scooters:
The scooters are very easy to drive; this will be explained by the authorities when you pick up your scooter. You don't need to be an expert or have a license to drive these scooters.

4. How to Book:
a. On site at the Masjid-el-Haram
You can go to one of the locations mentioned above, select your scooter type and service, and reserve the vehicle. Payments are accepted in Saudi Riyals and by debit/credit cards.
Note: There are usually long queues at these places, so it is always best to book in advance.
b. Online with the TANAQOL application
- Download the Tanaqol app from Playstore Or Apple Store.
- Register by entering your name, phone number and email address.
- A text message will be sent to your phone number to verify your identity.
- Click on the "Reserve a trolley" button.
- Click on "Select a date", you can see the available days and times, and select your preferred date and time.
- Select "Type of Service" (Sa'ee, Complete Umrah, Tawaf)
- Select "Cart Type" (Single Seat, Double Seat)
- Select "Payment Method" as Credit Card.
- Click on "Confirm" to make the payment.
After that, your reservation is confirmed. You can view your reservation by clicking on "Reservation List". You can show this at one of the pick-up points mentioned above to collect your electric scooter.
Note :
- You can only book an e-scooter 7 days in advance.
- Make sure you arrive at your selected pickup time to avoid wait times or reduced usage times.
5. Drop-off Points:
You can return the electric scooters either at the beginning or the end of Sa'ee. Also, double-check the return location at your pick-up point with the person handing you the scooter.
